Our policy is not to sell bikes online; we do not just sell bikes but a passion that needs care and attention.  This also complies with some of our supplier's terms and conditions, plus we want to be able to continue our service to our customers especially if any warranty issues arive.  Remember your contract is with us and not our suppliers so it is our responsibility to look after our customers.  Further more it is not our responsibility to look after warranties on brands we sell purchased eslewhere, we will always try to sort out customers problems and co-ordinate with the suppliers but will charge for our time accordingly. 

Despite all of this we are happy to take cycles orders online but insist the cycles are collected from our store.

Why should I buy from M. Steel Cycles?

1. We give 3 free services with all bikes sold!  After 1, 6 and 12 months.  This ensures you will have trouble free riding and we will pick up any possible problems you may encounter during the first year of using your new cycles.

2. We have two purcahse options designed to give you as much value from your purchase without devaluing the service we hope to attain.

a. You can choose up to 10% off the value of the bike in accessories free of charge.  These can be chosen at the time of purchase or gift vouchers issued to the value for later use.

OR

b. Purchase your cycle on interest free finance (subject to status wrriten details on request) over 6, 12, 18 or 24 months depending on the value of the cycles.

3. We have a number of test bikes at the more expensive end of our range which may be hired prior to that special purchase.  Any hire fees are refunded on the purcahse of a cycle.

4. We have been continually selling bikes here in Newcastle for more than 100 years!  All our staff are local supporting our Tyneside economy, we are not a faceless organisation.  Try looking at our company info page where our staff are profiled and our roots traced.

These options are available 52 weeks per year and are not just a monthly sales promotion, with the exception of "sale" and "ride to work scheme" bikes.
